SKB Lifetime Warranty

For decades SKB Cases has been the brand of choice for professionals of countless industries not just because of the quality of the products, but also the quality of service, and thanks to, in no small part, the SKB Million Mile Lifetime Guarantee.

SKB 19″ Rack Cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it.

SKB Hardshell Racks
SKB hardshell rack cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases used for rental purposes, used by institutions or schools, modified or used cases are not covered by this warranty.

SKB Soft Racks
SKB 19″ Soft Racks are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from purchase.
Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault, are not covered on Soft Products. SKB Racks will pay the return freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.

Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.

SKB will cover all of the costs of repairs and/or replacements, as well as the return shipping.

Returning Goods
We will cover the cost and arrange collection providing you follow the simple instructions.
Obtain a Returns Note Number by either calling or emailing us, stating the original invoice number if known, your contact number, your preferred collection day and collection address. We will confirm by email the Returns Note Number along shipping labels.
If a collection date has been agreed and you fail to inform us by 11am on the day of collection that you want to change the collection date, you will become liable to arranging the return of the goods. SKB Racks will only attempt one collection.

Please note your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
