The height on 19″ racks are measured in multiples of Units or U, HE or RU depending where you are in the world, all of which are 1.75” (44.45mm) high.
Therefore a 3U rack is 3 x 1.75" (3 x 44.45mm)
3 UNIT Rack = 5.25″ (133.35mm) high rack space for your equipment.
We accept most forms of credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and American Express along with PayPal.

We accept most forms of credit or debit cards as above except American Express. You may also pay via Paypal, make a bank transfer, send us a cheque or even visit us with cash!
All cards are processed via secure server technology and are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us. We do not save your payment details. This ensures that we maintain a safe and secure payment process.
All our products are displayed excluding VAT. VAT is calculated upon checkout. The VAT rate applied to your order may be different depending on the shipping address you select. Please refer to the table below.

If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to re-arrange delivery or to collect your products.

Before sending your rack case back to us please call or email for a Returns Note Number so we can recognise it when it arrives at our goods inwards.

It is not on your case. You will find the number on your original proof of purchase receipt. That is why it important to keep your original receipt.
We’ll match our competitor’s current UK store or website price.
