We will arrange collection at our cost from any UK mainland location on an agreed day except weekend and national holidays, we will even collect from your workplace, but we need your help by following these basic rules.
For Undamaged Goods
Goods must be returned in their original condition.
By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged.
Returns Note Number
It is important to contact us to obtain a Returns Note Number, this will allow us to identify your parcel when it arrives at our Goods Inwards.
You can obtain the Returns Note Number by either calling or emailing us, stating the original invoice number if known, your contact number, your preferred collection day and collection address.
We will confirm by email the Returns Note Number along shipping labels.
If a collection date has been agreed and you fail to inform us by 11am on the day of collection that you want to change the collection date, you will become liable to arranging the return of the goods. 3D Cases Ltd will only attempt one collection.
Once we have received your item(s) a refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of the return of the product.
